Welcome to the dental office of Dr. Kathy Mortazavi. Dr. Kathy Mortazavi has been caring for smiles in the Lake Forest community for more than 17 years. After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA, she founded Lake Forest Gentle Dentist with a simple goal: to provide high quality dentistry in a calm, caring, environment. 

Known for her gentle tough and friendly chairside manner, Dr. Mortazavi takes time to listen and explain every treatment, so patients feel informed and at ease. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, from children coming in for their first visit to adults looking to restore or enhance their smile. 

Outside the office, Dr. Mortazavi loves spending time with her family and staying active in the local community. Her philosophy is to combine advances dental care with genuine compassion, helping each patient leave with a healthy and confident smile. 

She has been serving families in Orange County for over 17 years. A graduate of UCLA school of Dentistry, she believes every patient deserves gentle, personalized care in a comfortable environment.
